🏌️ Tempe Men’s Club Code of Conduct
All Tempe Men’s Club (TMC) members are ambassadors of the club and represent it at all sanctioned TMC events. The TMC Board holds full authority to issue penalties based on the nature of any infraction. These may include:
- Verbal warnings
- Suspension from tournament play
- Expulsion from the league
All players and guests must adhere to the following standards at all times:
✅ General Conduct
- Conduct yourself in a sportsmanlike manner, observing all rules, etiquette, and fair play.
- Respect the rights of others. Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or retaliate—verbally, physically, or otherwise—against any member, guest, or staff.
- Avoid any form of sexual, racial, or religious discrimination or harassment.
- Refrain from rude or inappropriate behavior, including profane language, gestures, or insults—especially in the clubhouse, where public players, including women and children, are present.
⛳ Golf Course Etiquette
- Respect the golf course, carts, and facilities.
- Do not leave golf carts in the parking lot.
- Promptly repair divots and ball marks.
- Dispose of trash appropriately.
🚫 Alcohol Policy
- Per Arizona State Liquor Authority regulations, alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the clubhouse/Pro Shop or on-course vendors.
- Bringing outside alcohol is a violation of state law and may result in fines or loss of the golf course’s liquor license.
🛡️ Club Representation
Your behavior reflects on the entire league. Maintain integrity, respect, and good will toward Ken McDonald Golf Course and its staff.
Do not damage the reputation, property, or community view of the facilities.
If you have concerns or witness violations, please contact the TMC Board directly. Let’s all do our part to uphold the values of the Tempe Men’s Club.
